The Superior Queen Room was spacious and super clean, which I loved. The bed was really comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. A 10% additional charge on the bill for staff felt inappropriate given the service we received. Finally, during my stay, I had a bit of an incident with the hair dryer. It snagged my hair, causing some pain and inconvenience, and I mentioned it during checkout, but the staff didn't seem to take it seriously. It’s clear some areas need improvement, particularly in staff responsiveness and maintenance. my stay had highlights, but the service glitches were frustrating.
